Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Order processing begins immediately after payment confirmation or purchase order approval.
- Standard dispatch window for stocked DC fast chargers is 1-7 business days.
- Large-volume or custom deployments may require additional lead time; our team will confirm timelines in advance.
- We provide proactive updates throughout the preparation and dispatch stages.
Shipping Coverage & Modes
We offer nationwide shipping coverage with tailored logistics for each deployment scale:
- Door-to-site delivery across all major Indian cities and industrial zones.
- Specialized handling for heavy-duty DC chargers using secure palletized transport.
- Coordination with project stakeholders for timed deliveries and crane/offloading support when required.
Shipping Charges & Insurance
Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment size, weight, and destination. A detailed quote is shared along with your commercial proposal to maintain transparency.
- Comprehensive transit insurance is included on all hardware shipments.
- Additional on-site handling or storage costs (if any) will be communicated ahead of delivery.
- Customers may also arrange their own logistics; our operations team will coordinate handover schedules.
Delivery Acceptance & Inspection
- Please inspect the shipment for any visible damage at the time of delivery and notify the logistics partner immediately.
- Document any discrepancies on the delivery note and inform Livanto Green within 24 hours for swift resolution.
- Retain all original packaging until installation is complete to facilitate any potential claims.
Tracking & Support
Once your hardware leaves our warehouse, you will receive shipment tracking details and a dedicated point of contact for logistics coordination.
- 24/7 support is available for critical deliveries or after-hours reception.
- Our installation team can be aligned with the delivery schedule to minimize downtime.
- In case of delays due to force majeure, we will share revised timelines and mitigation plans promptly.
