Understanding our policies for refunds and booking cancellations

Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Livanto Green! By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in regard to any refund and cancellation process.

The services provided by Livanto Green or its business partners, OEMs, or service partners, are for charging of EVs at the charging stations owned and/or operated by Livanto Green itself or its various CPOs (Charge Point Operators). The cost of charging a vehicle can be paid in advance or after the charging facility has been availed, based on the business rules and policies of Livanto Green, its service partners, or CPOs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy by being part of the integrated energy chain with our products and solutions, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint, power urban transport, and integrate renewable energy with the grid.

Prepaid Charging and Refunds

In case the cost has been prepaid before availing the charging facility, any balance amount due after the charging session will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Any excess usage over and above the prepaid amount will have to be paid by the consumer after the charging session.

Once the consumer's electric vehicle has been charged, Livanto Green reserves the right to recover the applicable charging cost from the consumer.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a booking any time after the booking has been made, up to the pre-specified minutes before the scheduled start time slot. In case of a no-show, if the customer does not arrive within the pre-specified minutes after the start time, the booking will be cancelled by default.

In such cases, the customer will be charged the booking and/or convenience fee as displayed at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
  • Bank transfers may take 3-5 additional business days
  • Digital wallet refunds are typically instant
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear

Cancellation Timeframes

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 30 minutes or more before the scheduled charging time

Partial Refund

Cancellations made 15-30 minutes before the scheduled charging time (50% refund)

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 15 minutes before or no-show

Exceptional Circumstances

Livanto Green may provide refunds or waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Technical issues with charging stations
  • Power outages or grid failures
  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Vehicle breakdown or accidents
  • Medical emergencies

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been processed, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Booking reference number
  • Date and time of the charging session
  • Charging station location
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation if applicable
